Our experienced team coordinates and monitors occupational health and environmental safety at wind turbine construction and operation sites. We work both during the construction phase and during the maintenance and service phases, working closely with service technicians to train, instruct and provide day-to-day safety support.

- Preparation of all necessary occupational health and safety documents - occupational health and safety plans, risk assessments, instructions and procedures that comply with both Latvian laws and regulations and international safety standards.
- Training and briefings for all site participants - crane operators and crane mobilisers, turbine assemblers, component transport workers, as well as wind turbine maintenance personnel and service technicians.
- Regular on-site OSH inspections - full-time safety monitoring on site, on-site assessment and monitoring of the working environment.
- Inspections of cranes and lifting equipment - monitoring and regular visual inspection of crane and lifting accessories, evaluation of lifting plans and methods.
- Accident and incident investigation - investigation of individual accidents and serious industrial incidents in accordance with local and international regulatory requirements.
- Wind turbine inspections - specific inspections inside the turbine, access to all hazardous areas, verification of compliance with safety standards
